You know what you are going to get. I did witness an employee touch his phone then touch food. I mentioned it to staff and they didn't care. There was a mess in the restroom, I mentioned it to staff. I returned later and there was an out of order sign on the stall rather than cleaning . There is one guy in the drive through that is so friendly.
