Went in and was the only person there. Ordered 2 combo boxes and sat down to wait. I waited there for so long that several other people ordered, got their food, ate it all and left. I ended up having to ask for my order and when I was handed one of the wrong boxes, I politely asked for the correct food. I saw one of the back of house staff get pissed off and throw the food in the trash. Waited another 20 mins for my food and when it came out, the bag was ripped and wet at the bottom. When I arrived home 2mins later (because I live close by) I realized that all of the food was soggy and had clearly been left on the counter for a really long time.
