We heard about this place from a charter captain in Charleston and he told us this was some of the best seafood around. It was pretty busy when we went at around 1:30 on a Wednesday but we were seated quickly. The staff was very friendly and kept our refills full. We had 5 of us so we tried a little bit of everything. The crab balls were excellent. Definitely would recommend these. We also had the grouper fingers and these were so good. For the main I went with a special that was scallops and shrimp with two sides. The only thing I would say that could have been a little better was the fried okra. There wasn’t any salt or seasoning so it was a little bland. But everything else was amazing. 10/10. Worth the trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really would like to gatekeep this little gem, but I just can’t! If you’re anywhere in the Lowcountry you need to make the drive to McClellanville and eat here. I had the best fried shrimp I’ve ever eaten. Sweet potato fries were outstanding and the Cole slaw was delicious! The servings were very gracious and at a reasonable price. They don’t do reservations so you may have a wait but it’ll be worth it! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Shrimp and Oysters
You always hear about these quaint coastal towns with the best restaurants, well this is one of those towns. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was impeccable! If you are looking for southern hospitality well Mc Mellanville SC is full of it! I will be back🥰

It's all about the food. I ordered grilled grouper, which was on special. It was perfectly cooked totally fresh piece of grouper. It was white, firm and every piece glistened with moisture. It was perfectly seasoned. It did not need any sauce, lemon, salt or pepper. I savored every morsel of this exquisite fish unadorned, without all those things that fish are served with to hide lack freshness, a less than perfect cook, or poor seasoning. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

5-4-23 Wife and I decided to come here today since we saw seafood on the menu. We were not disappointed. We both had the flounder and shrimp combo plate, which comes with slaw, fries and 2 hushpuppies. The shrimp were large, lightly breaded, and great taste. The flounder was also lightly breaded, piping hot and free of bones. The slaw had a bit too much vinegar for me, but wife said reminded her of where she grew up. The tarter has a heavy dill taste, but not bad. The host and waitress were both extremely friendly and accommodating. It seemed like everyone, whether returning locals or first timers like us, was greeted the same way, like old friends. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Really enjoyed the shrimp. Very fresh, blackened flavor, sweet, and worth the wait. Booth seat was very “worn in” and sunk down was only complaint. I felt like my chin was just about on the table and I needed a booster seat! Lol. One doesn’t go here for the atmosphere. One goes here for the food. Beyond excellent scallops. It’s a funky little place off the beaten path that one MUST experience!
We enjoyed a delicious shrimp lunch at TW Grahams. The shrimp was fresh and cooked to perfection. The red rice was moist and flavorful. The homemade tartar sauce was fresh with a slight dill flavor. This is our favorite place for fried shrimp in the low country. The service was wonderful. It’s definitely worth the drive.
