I wish I knew what Suehiro's food is like. We've tried to eat there twice but each time ~ late dinner hour ~ we've been told there are no tables open even tho we could clearly see two empty four-tops. There are two of us, there was NO one else waiting for a table, but we were told we'd have to wait half an hour for a two-top. Wow... This is customer-UNfriendly &, frankly, discriminates against couples. Why not make two customers happy instead of leaving two tables empty until four people happen to show up?! We'll take our business elsewhere.... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hands down the best sushi in the Grand Valley! Service is great, the restaurant clean and the food is fantastic! You'd swear your eating on a pier on the coast somewhere except you're still in beautiful Colorado! This place is so cozy, I love the traditional seating they had, the server was so busy but brought us miso soup and water both complimentary. We got three plates of sushi and it was sooooo good! Genuinely the best sushi I've had so far! The atmosphere was busy, laid back, and fun! Their decorations are so cool too! Their menu is expansive and I can't wait to go back and try more! They're also really affordable, the whole meal came out to 55 which I personally thought was really good since the sushi was amazing! I regularly drive to GJ from Aspen because the sushi is better than I can get in Aspen. Its that good. The guys behind the counter are fast, professional, and personable. The fish is always fresh and they make the best rolls. I have taken dozens of friends there to introduce them to the place. Always worth the drive/ride and always a great selection and prices are surprisingly low. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yeah they have the best sushi from here to glenwood. Entrees are delicious, portions are plenty and cocktails are pretty damn good. Service staff is very tentative considering every day is a rush for them. When a restaurant is busy Monday through Wednesday. You know it's good.
