Always good. Convenient location. Only thing is the jalapeños, sooo hot, would be nice if they had Tamed Jalapeños. Found out I am Gluten intolerant and Sparta Subway does not have Gluten free bread like many other Subways have. Sparta....you Really need to look into the Gluten free bread...it comes frozen!

This location has really gone downhill. I stopped in there today for lunch. I was waiting in line and the woman making sandwiches was obviously sick, coughing a lot. She coughed into her sleeve but didn’t turn her head or excuse herself to let someone else make sandwiches. After a coughing fit she would go right back to making sandwiches. I turned and walked out because I don’t want to get sick. I think that’s my last straw with this location. There have been lots of other instances months ago but I’m done now. I’d recommend the franchise owner do some serious restructuring or that restaurant will be closed in a year, guaranteed. I went here on lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility was until I saw all the food behind the glass, veggies all over and in different containers, about half of the sauces were empty, my sandwich was very slopply thrown together and the cashier was less than friendly, will not be returning to this location.
