April 18th 6:20 p.m. my order was long food cold cut the boy asking if you wanted to toasted I say yes please and hi put my sandwich in the oven by the other lady next to him she opened oven before finished to toasted and then with some attitude start make my sandwich I asked her please put it on lite lettuce but she do the opposite putting extra extra latuce and this point i tell this lady I don't know he's name go put it on salt pepper and ranch sauce.and then cashier she yes throw the sandwich on the table with some kind of attitude I had enoughl decided to report this to the 1-800 number and I got to talk to the local manager about this this is like kindergarten they don't know how to take costumer
