Great staff service! My only complaint is that I had put in an online order for a steak, egg and cheese sandwich with added bacon and when I picked it up and got home, they had added the bacon but had forgotten to put steak on it. It close too early when they usually are open till 10 to 11 pm

I always get good sandwiches from this place, I know I can always count on this subway for a good meal, I do however need to point out that because of the hours change I can no longer stop here before going to work which has made me severely disappointed because I always had time to leave home stop subway and then get to work on all before 10:30 Meal type Lunch

Came to Subway Elk Run,Iowa on Wednesday night and two ladies that were working were very rude with our orders Than when the blonde hair girl turned around i could tell she had made a face because the other girl laughed.I was about to jump counter but I dont hit women On top of it,the young lady screwed up our orders.Wont be coming back..Ever!

We had an outstanding young man take care of us in line and he made the experience quite enjoyable. Again, just a standard Subway and it was more of the character of the employee than the food that made this a nice visit.

I've been going to subway since I was 14, I'm currently 29 and this was the best subway experience I've ever had. The two ladies working went above and beyond in preparing my sandwhiches and clearly out thought and care into it. They even asked if I wanted my bacon crispy! No one has EVER asked me that before and I get a BLT every place I stop in. I travel all over the country for work and have never felt compelled to write a review before but I enjoyed the experience that much. Made my five and a half hour drive much more tolerable.

The only thing I don't like is everyone rings sandwiches different... some days I pay $7.00 for a sandwich and some days I pay $10.00...they said it depends in who rings it... it's the same sandwich each time but they always ring it different... on a positive note..the food is fresh the bread is great and the staff is very friendly
