What is the point of online orders if when you get there at time of pickup and they have not started. Rude employees on top of that. Going down hill. Today was a sad visit ! I have been several times with no issues then today I came and ordered a drink and then after I paid realized no ice ! Got back to my office and my bread is super stale and hard as a rock I can’t bite it ! Hope this is just a way to bring awareness to the issues and they can fix what’s causing the downfall ! I will return to check it again !

I wish that I had taken a picture of my food, but it was so good and it was dark outside, so what can you do. Lol! I can say that the service was amazing! I ordered through the app and got the buy one, get one foot long. Not only was it me perfectly with everything I had ordered on it, but when I came there, even though there was a line, it went super quick and the guy asked me if I ordered online and told me he would make mine next. I had a great experience and because he was super friendly and super efficient, it look like everyone else did too. This subway is by far the best in a 20 mile radius! The staff are very nice, fast and make a perfect foot long. I pass two other subways to get here because I know the quality is there . AND the place is very clean . Including the bathroom!! This manager is doing it right. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
