Went on the Subway app to order dinner for my wife and I. The app had a BOGO deal so I activated my coupon and the showed what restaurant would be accepting the offer. This restaurant was listed. So I placed my order and paid online eith my credit card. Said it would be ready in 15 min. Drove down to the place and the employee said owners do not except any coupons or offers on the app. She showed me about 10 recipes that they had canceled from on line orders! This is 100% fraud to use the app to get customers in the door, then when they arrive give them a canceled receipt. If they don't want to be part of the app, then they should have there shop taken off the list. She said owner will not except any coupon or offers! Waist of time! No more 5 stars for you. First of all get your act together Subway. The Internet says participating location. Online order placed at 4pm for 6pm pickup cancelled with no notification. Get there and the rude woman says we don't have any orders, so I placed it standing right there. Then she says we don't participate in bogo. I showed her the order and then she tells me I just cancelled it. So yeah too many other Subway's within my area to ever come back into yours. Plus corporate get the false advertising off the Internet. Really horrible customer service and attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They dont take Coupons. Nobody can explain me why not. They forget sauce on my Sandwiches. The prezel Stick was dry. I should get a free cookie. Nothing. Not a single napkin in the bag. TRASH LOCATION. Refused to make my online order & when we were asked the reasoning the retarded cashier stated “now you can wait till tomorrow for your refund” & voided our order because there was a coupon applied ONLINE.
