Falta de empatía al cliente. Estamos en un Roadtrip por la isla, vivo en Orlando y nos paramos aqui a desayunar, traje mi teléfono descargado que usamos para guiarnos, le pedi que si podía conectar mi celular unos minutitos en lo que desayunamos y me lo negaron. Se que no es su obligacion pero no está de mas ayudar al viajero con algo tan sencillo, tubimos que conducir a una estacion para cargar mi celular y amablemente me ayudaron. Espero que tengan en cuenta que servir Sandwich (por cierto con una carota) no es todo el servicio, la amabilidad y empatía cuenta. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food when they listen. I ask for the same thing every morning yet they can figure out how to screw it up. Whether it's putting milk in my coffee or bacon 🥓 on my eggs which I can't eat or simply rushing you on the order then screwing it up. But it's on the way to work. I guess I don't have a choice.
