They can't make a blt, then they wouldn't make a new one but put the lettuce and tomatoes in a cookie bag and told me to fix it myself, needless to say I'm done with that place.

Good service, they need to learn meat on the bottom vegetables top dressing on the meat!! And actually care about employees if a family member is dieing!! Show your human and have feelings!!! God forbid it was your family!!! Which we would so care about and the employees would cover your shift!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Not very happy after tonight's experience. Received coupons in the mail but UNABLE to use them NOW. We have always been able to use the coupons when we receive them. Not coming back for a while!!!...

We found a hair in there steak and cheese sandwich and they didn’t give us our grandkids cookies that we ordered so when I call them back they don’t wanna answer their phone needless to say we will not be going back

I got a veggie wrap with guacamole and they they were very stingy with all the toppings. They first put about 8 pieces of spinach on my wrap and the guacamole was about two tablespoons...usually its an ice cream scoop. And when I asked for “lots of olives” they have me 12...very disappointed

I love Subway in general, but this Subway in particular was very polite and accommodating. I was helped by a young lady named Becca and accidentally told her the wrong meat for my salad. When I told her I’d made a mistake, she went out of her way to pick all of the meat out and put a different meat in. I would have just taken the wrong salad, but she made my experience so much better!

Staff is poorly trained, whether that be not up to date on proper procedures or LTO's. They have had a sign up for personal pizzas for months even through a promo change yet they still say they can not make the product. It is bad procedure to have up info on an LTO you no longer serve. I understand completely that things run out, but it should be taken care of not just left up for months. Sandwiches were poorly constructed and thrashed to the point you might as well throw it in a bowl and have a salad. Senior staff was stuck up aswell and treated us as if we were dumb for asking about our coupon. After YEARS of food service myself I will not elaborate and beat a dead horse, because it is mostly high school kids who see this as just a school job, most of this is a reflection of poor training and non hands on management.
