came to this subway a few days ago and paid nearly $18 for a drink and a sandwich i’ve never paid more than $13 for. a chicken bacon with cheese. i noticed he put extra cheese and meat but didn’t stop him because i didn’t ask for it so i figured it was new portions or something. when i was checking out i questioned the total and he said they didn’t have an up charge button for bacon so he had to charge for the specialty sandwich. not what i wanted. he didn’t tell me in the beginning and i told him that was dumb and he should’ve told me beforehand there would be an up charge. i just wouldn’t have gotten that sandwich. poor practice. will not be going again. and the sandwich was messy and barely stayed closed.
