Ordered online for a pickup order. Showed up at the time listed for pickup. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish and there wasn't any customers in there. Got the two sandwiches home and both were the wrong sandwiches. This is the second time they screwed up the order completely. Won't be a 3rd at this subway. Everytime we go there its a problem with the employees, i ordered a steak teriyaki and the girl had the meat section blocked to where i could see what she was putting on there and asked her if i could see what she was doing. She said oh and that was it. So now im home and she put the complete wrong meat on there. She put chicken and not steak. And when i would ask for extra vegetables she acted like i was asking for her first born child. EVERY employee is quite and acts like they hate their job and has HORRIBLE customer service, oh to top it off I told her the Dr.Pepper was out and she replies i dont know how to change it so choose a different soda. This is what happens when you have poor management and poor staff, and is under employeed. There was only 1 employee there. I love Subway, and visit many locations however, this location has been the cleanest, most organized and ranks high on my list! my sandwich, including the bread, was fresh and delicious. I don’t understand bad reviews prior. However, they must’ve had a change of Management because this is a wonderful gem next to the gas station. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
