Ordered a couple of salads to go and was thoroughly disappointed in the size of the salad bowl. I’ve ordered salads to go many times before and have gotten a fair size meal for the price. Tonight’s salads were more like a side, not a meal. I asked the kids behind the counter about it and they just looked at me with no response. Glad I used my online reward points tonight because I probably won’t be going back for a while. Also won’t give a tip a head of time again either. The young people working behind the counter was doing their job. With sandwiches made, they tried to ring them up, and the cash register went down. The worker called their boss after they tried to fix it themselves, they came back and informed us it was going to be a 10-15 min longer wait, so I asked what are you going to do throw the sandwichs away, YEP! really YEP. So, instead of giving your customers one on the house and IDK some free publicity for your store, you'd rather throw away the food I already stood in line for for 15 minutes. Nice call. I ordered Subway off doordash this evening which gives the employees an itemized list of what you ordered so I'm lost on how anything could be messed up. I ordered a sandwich, toasted, and added bacon (which is nearly $4 extra on the app) and I got a cold sandwich with no bacon. My husband's sandwich was supposed to be a footlong, with black pepper added. He got a six inch with black olives on it. The ONLY things correct were cookies and chips.
