The lady that worked Sunday October 8 in the evening was the worst I have ever experienced. We noticed they had been mopping so we asked if we could eat in there. He said yes. We heard yelling from the back while we were eating “the lobby is closed “ three times. It was 6:45. Then a guy told me the girl wanted to see me. I went up to the front. I was told the lobby was closed. I said are you asking us to leave? We thought it closed at 8 or 9? We will only be a minute. We had no problem with the guys there the girl was awful and so rude. I was looking forward to going because my daughter loves Subway and this one was in a beautiful home. Please don’t go. I was hoping after reading the reviews it would have gotten better. I should've listened to the reviews. Only reason I stopped in was because I thought the building was neat. Me and the wife ate half of our subs before noticing mold on both subs. Just find some where else to eat. Place does not seem to care for quality control. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

We more times than not always have an issue at this location. The most recent occurred yesterday when a mobile order was placed. Upon arriving, we drove through the drive-thru twice with no acknowledgement by staff. The light was on and no cone was blocking the drive-thru, as is usually the case when it is closed. After no response, we ended up going inside to which an employee asked if we had a mobile order. We responded that we did and went through the drive-thru to pick it up to which she responded, "it's not working". We received the order and went out to vehicle to check everything and noticed we didn't receive chips. We attempted to go back in to get the rest of order but they locked door as soon as we left, which was not closing time yet. We try to avoid going here if at all possible due to problems we consistently encounter. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I’ve debated on reviewing this restaurant but this time they have screwed up for the last time. I went to get a sub for my husband for when he gets off work and they were closed. Why are they closed two hours before they are supposed to be closed? It could be overlooked if this were the first time this happened. But this is probably the fifth time this has happened to me. It’s infuriating especially when the sign on the door, website, and app say they are supposed to be open. I will not be going back here. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I like the setup of the place, but the reason I gave it two stars. Is because of the rudeness of the two girls behind the counter. You shouldn't have to rush a customer so you can talk to the locals. This subway is a little different than most. It’s in an old historic building and believe it or not, it has a drive-thru. Unfortunately the drive-thru was closed today and we had to go inside.y first time inside this subway. Really clean and the food was great. Typical sandwich, but the they didn’t have enough people working.

We really loved this subway. The house transition makes it a cozy place. The staff were nice and completed our orders accurately. The restaurant was clean. My kids loved the big windows and fireplace. The bathroom was very cold but clean. Food was good, same options as all subways.
