Worker argued with me on how subway makes the sandwich I’ve been ordering at other subways for the past 10 years. Even heated after it was toasted nothing was melted and still cold. Terrible service. The young man working there (who seemed high) was very accusatory asking me if there was a problem after I chuckled when the woman in front of me made a joke then after he made my sandwich (which I had waited 20 minutes to get) he was ringing me out and asked if I was there earlier and upset his coworker. If you’re going to say you open at 10am, then make sure your employees arrive early enough to be open at ten. Two weeks in a row now on Saturdays, it’s been 15-20 mins after 10am that the door has been open. There are many hospital staff that have to follow strict schedules on when to go to lunch and rely on your posted times to know when they can refuel. Do better.

My experience was awful. The lady with long nasty finger nails was training some kid and she up and left him. She walked away while he was putting my sandwich together and he knew nothing. He didn’t know what any of the sauces were or basic vegetables. I will say he certainly knew what onions were because he put about 3 pounds of them on my sub. Nasty. He was so confused the whole time and just slapped it together. Finally when I was ready to check the lady magically re-appeared, I guess she wanted my money. Nice! Years ago I used work here and it was never this bad, they really let it go. What a shame.

employees do not have their hair covered, long gross fingernails, stuff on their wrists that hang into your food. The guy working there yells at you "what do you want"? The food is good, but there could and should be some regulation about fake nails and having a hair cover on.

My food was great, but the female employee with the long hair and fingernails was rude and unprofessional. She goes to say all the food is cross contaminated,😳 really you openly just said that. All because I asked her to change her gloves after touching the nasty door handle on the warmer that everyone touches, along with touching pork products and I don't eat pork. Very unprofessional and non caring. Will be the last time I eat here.

Great crew! Very upbeat and friendly. Fresh hot Seattle's Best coffee. It's difficult waiting around Geisinger all day. Subway inside near my husband's room was handy and made a nice break close by.

I ordered online, but when I went to pick up my order was told they never received it. They insisted I ordered from a different one just down the street and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Later on I received an email from this Subway stating my order was ready. I can't recommend this place at all and I will never patronize it again. I hope they enjoy the money they got from me that day, because they won't get any more!
