When I walked in, there was a line of about 5 people and one girl working. Which is ok, I don’t mind waiting. Another girl came in at 4 and the first girl left immediately without helping her at all. She had to run back and forth to refill toppings we wanted, clean knives, etc. Serena was the girl that came in at 4 and honestly she’s the reason I didn’t rate one star. She did the best she could and stayed pleasant. All the sodas had no syrup, no lids for my drink, only like 3 or 4 options for chips. DO NOT EAT HERE! My husband and I love Subway, but this was the first time we were both turned off by the food. Nothing really tasted right, the staff couldn't count change, Permit is over 6 months expired, and my husband and I both left feeling ill. Changes SERIOUSLY need to be DONE! Worst service in whole town. Ordered a few times on the app. Food was never made, despite the app saying it was done. Twice gave me extra ingredients that weren't even on the order, stuff that doesn't even go on the sandwich regularly! Tried to give my dogs the sandwich, they didn't even want it. Stopped by this subway on the way home from San Antonio and it did not disappoint! Placed my order online through the subway app and stopped by the store to pick it up. The subs were prepared perfectly. From the extra lettuce to the double toasted bread everything was spot on. Many thanks to the staff and management at this location for having pride in their work and producing great subs. Will definitely be stopping by every time im passing through the area!

Current staff may have let the restaurant go down for the day but it was bad and horrible for myself and others that were coming through. Typically things go at least well for all franchise restaurants. Nobody was at location when we came in so we expected a normal experience.... But this subway doesn't carry a lot of things that other subways carry. Staff didn't have the soda machine working and didn't bother checking to make tea for the empty tea bins until another worker came in. Worker was to eager to leave and not help team members. Poor new worker tried to be proactive. ..Don't waste your time with this subway. Try another sandwich shop. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

My family and I got food poisoning from this location. I called and complained and before I told the manager what we ordered she said oh you must have had the rotisserie chicken, yeah we haven't been rotating it like we should and it was bad. We've had several complaints about people getting sick. This is unacceptable.

I will say in this review my concern about the meal I ordered. The establishment looks just like any other subway inside and out. The line doesn't take too long to make your way through. The staff works diligently on orders. The concern I have is with the temperature of the cold products. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad and the dressing were slightly warm. I felt it would be necessary to refrigerate my order at home before eating. In fact I did. I hope the product is being stored at the proper temperature. It seems like a salad and sandwich would be cooler than it was. Overall ok so far.
