Customer service skills are non existent at this location. I do not use this location not only because of the lack of customer service but the consistent sandwiches not being made how they are supposed to be. The bread is never fresh, the store is not clean and employee attitude is present with every order. Service Take out

While I can’t eat at this location (I can’t have gluten), my family members love this location. It is a nice location in the heart of downtown Winthrop. Parking is easy, and it is a great place to walk around.

For the last 4 months I have been eating subway at least 5 days a week, sometimes multiple times a day... sometimes multiple sandwiches a day. Anyways after the first few weeks all I have to do is call and tell them my first name and they know exactly what I want. And rarely has it been wrong in some way.... One time it didn't have enough ranch on it..... If that's the worst problem I have I think I'm in good hands. Thanks everyone,. Sincerely FAT KID #42

Now I'm usually not a big subway person. But i have been enjoying the chicken bacon ranch sandwich until today!!! I went into the Winthrop store and ordered 2 sandwiches. I told the worker I wanted one toasted..nope that didn't happen there was not even enough chicken to cover the bottom of the sandwich was spread out and still bad..along with ranch belongs on this sandwich...well it's the driest sandwich I've ever had...the worker sure didn't want to listen to what I wanted or how I wanted my sandwich...thanks to one worker being in a rush and not caring about the customer's I will not be returning to Winthrop subway...thanks for the worst sandwich I've ever had

My last and final visit.. I came into Winthrop subway today August 1 and had two absolutely poor attitude totally beyond disrespectful workers. Got eyes rolled at for wanting my bacon heated, not to mention the snapping and attitude from these young ladies and I wasn’t the only one who was getting treated poorly. One name was Jenna and I’m not sure of the other. This is one way to lose

I generally love this place and this review is a one time incident. To the woman who cut in front of me today and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches shame on you!! I had been standing there 15 minutes waiting my turn to order. How dare you cut the line and not have the nerve to even apologize or look at me. Hope it was worth it.

I love the staff, Maria and Jada especially. They always make sure I get what I want and that its fresh. (Ya know subway eat fresh, they mean it) and the sandwiches. Oh my word they're just so good. I could eat subway the rest of my life if it's from this subway I swear.
