Complete waste of time in my opinion. The credit card minimum is ridiculous considering they are already charging a fee on top for using the credit card. Had to give them $100 bill at 6am for a 4$ bagel. And they had the nerve to ask me if I had a smaller bill. That’s the whole reason for using my card. I’ve also had multiple ordered a screwed up and had to go back and have them redone still to be done wrong. Imagine walking back to your car after you just drive back from your house for the second time and open your order and it’s wrong again. It’s like they don’t understand the English language. They also charge for the smallest thing alike toasting a bagel is a 15 cent charge. Im sorry but when you start nit picking for an item that is constantly being used, you should get out of the business. It should be priced into the bagel already. I never checked but I bet they charge for the ketchup on a bacon egg and cheese as well. I stopped going to this place after the last incident with the credit card ordeal. If you don’t want people to review their extremely poor experience at your establishment then maybe you should consider improving your employees work ethics. This is my own personal experience. I ordered a bagel with turkey bacon and egg and cheese but the guy he was new or something he got the wrong order with regular bacon when I returned to the shop i told them you gave me the wrong meat so the lady asked me to bring the sandwich I brought it and later she give me back the same bagel and same egg even I told them i will pay the new one but they said you’re good , and give me the old sandwich back Food: 1 Service: 1

Literally every time I order from this place, over the phone or in person, no matter how many times I say NO CHEESE, I somehow get extra cheese every single time. I don't know if it's a lack of caring at this point, but after dozens of times of going and ordering to have to bring it back and exchange it, or just giving it to someone else and go get food else where, I will never go back here again. Yesterday, my coworker brought bagels to the office. I simply asked for an Egg Bagel with Cream Cheese and MMMMM! BEST Egg Bagel I've had in my first year living here on Long Island. The Bagel was so soft and actually had the flavor and consistency profile of the additional Egg in the dough... Long story short I came back today, on this dreadfully rainy day, and heat couldn't leave the parking lot without having my breakfast lol. Ordered 3 egg whites , turkey , ketchup on a whole wheat wrap . Got 3 egg whites with turkey and no ketchup on a roll . There’s was more turkey then eggs , May as well been a lunch sandwich . Said to myself don’t go there because I’ve only been there once a few yrs ago , but like an idiot I did and wasn’t surprised it was horrible .
