However, their website can use some work. It refused to accept a correct zip code and thereby will no allow an online order. I’ve done business here for a number of years and am never disappointed. This makes gifting difficult at best.

I had an online order and it arrived quite fast. The service and care of how my order was taken was superb, the finest and freshest ingredients of which the product was made clearly shows when you taste it, and overall I was extremely satisfied with my order. My wife purchased 5 loaves a couple of days before Christmas, 4 loaves for gifts, and a loaf of English Walnut Povitica for ourselves. This purchase was made at Hen House Market, due to being ten dollars per loaf cheaper there. We've been buying Strawberry Hill products for over twenty years. I immediately sliced some when my wife brought it home, and it was mostly a doughy wet goo. We spoke to some friends and they indicated the once wonderful product has been like this for several years!! Food: 1

I love Povitica, I tried shipping it this Christmas & the first round went well, the second not so much. My order has now been in limbo for 8 days. I received help from the Supervisor & they are reshipping the order. Customer service is important when there is a glitch in shipping, particularly when you don't control the shipping.
