Got food here today. The fries were cold. The milkshake wasn’t made all the way, took nearly 20 minutes before I could start drinking it. This place used to be great, and I mean great about 5-7 years ago. Just not what it used to be I guess. Would rather spend my money somewhere else. I was sitting at the drive-through for five minutes and when I said hello the lady taking the orders was rude as all get out. Five minutes later I say hello again and she goes hi yes hello hello! Give me a minute! I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had a rude and slow service, but it’s not. ever since a few months ago, this location has gone downhill and it is awful. When we first walked in, everyone seemed like we were bothering them. I ordered a frisco melt and cheese fries, my friend ordered a bbq burger and onion rings. He got my fries, i got his onion rings, had to send the fries back for them to cover them with cold cheese. My friend literally choked on his burger.
