Pangel is a great associate/employee. He is friendly, professional, makes sure to get the food order correctly every single time we have been to Stars. Thank you. Food is fresh not overly done or under cooked. Never makes me or my kids feel uncomfortable. A friendly young man we can call our friend. It is very frustrating when I order something, it doesn't get brought out to me & they look at me like I'm trying to steal & they ask for my receipt. It's a simple order. I tip well for service. I just ask that I get better service when I go there. If I say something is missing from my order, which happens often, I expect to be believed. I have no reason to lie over a $3 drink. Bought amongst stuff 2 order of kids meal chicken strips, was brought only 1 , and when I let them know they sent the assistant manager and she spoke rudely and said she personally put them in, it was as if they were accusing us of stealing chicken stripes! What! I told her to search my car she said rudely no she would make another order but would take long...horrible horrible experience!!! I wanted to call police since never have I been accused of stealing an order of chicken stripes! I mean they could check the cámaras to see what they brought out! Won't admit they might have made an error. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We order 2 kids meals of chicken strips and they gave one, so we called again.The assistant manager accused us that we steal a order of kids chicken strips, even thou we paid them and they didnt bring one. Very clean , and well maintained. I've had issues in other stars with some intercoms not working. The staff was patient to receive our order on the last minutes before they closed. I'm satisfied and reccomend visiting this place , food was delicious as well. Usually one of my favorite places to get a quick bite but I had went twice today first time had me waiting 30mins for a burger and nuggets hardly people but even people after me got their food. The second time I went they forgot 2 fries out of 3 meals. Never had a meal messed up 2 times with very little customers.

I placed my order and i received it quick. Owner has a system in place to protect themselves and their customers. They collect payment first wearing gloves and food comes in with another waitress. She touches no money only 1 person is in contact with food and another is in contact with just money. You get 1 free refill on your drink and very nice and attentive. Glad I stop by for the x-long cheese combo. Was nice, hot and delicious.

Yummy... the banana split was delish! I always did love their banana splits ♥️ the steak strips were pretty yummy too, can't complain. Kids enjoyed their meal
