We decided to drive from Vacaville to Santa Rosa and stay the night last night. The hotel recommended Starks and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely amazing. Their garlic butter bread was probably the best bread I’ve ever had! We ordered the roasted bone marrow which was also delicious and had the 16 ounce USDA Prime New York which came out on a hot cast iron pan already sliced and basted in garlic butter. Dinner and dessert was amazing. The only reason why I gave a 4 on the service was because our server seemed to have a ton of tables and didn’t come around too often but that’s not his fault. My boyfriend chose this restaurant last minute while in town. We were extremely impressed, the atmosphere was perfect, the service was impeccable and the food, my goodness, it was so delicious. 1st time to visit Stark's with 9 family members. Had starters of Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Calamari, and a long Island Tea. The main meal was the Prime Filet Mignon and Seared Sea Scallops. The food, the ambience and the service is all so good. We had our anniversary dinner here and absolutely loved it. We had the calamari for appetizers - it was so good. The mains were good too!
