I never go to Starbucks so I can't tell you how it is I would much prefer to use Keurig cups yes the box of cops is expensive but individual cups at Starbucks are six and seven dollars not worth it in my opinion but I'm probably in the minority

I noticed every time l go in for coffee l have to wait for them to brew it! They never have what l choose so l have to go with whatever l guess they feel like brewing! Today l left feeling some kind of way l had to wait 20 mins for my coffee! One of the other employee ask me what was l waiting on, so apparently she noticed l had been there waiting! Love stopping by this location for my daily pick me up!! Shout out to every barista here, you guys are apart of what makes life great! I appreciate your hard work :) I’m not going to change my stars because I do love this location and come here almost everyday, but whoever you have taking drive through orders this morning denied my order. I always come here for a quad espresso I customize with syrups and add milk, she told me “that’s basically a latte so I’m just going to charge you for a latte. I’ll just do extra ice and light milk.” I told her I’ve never had anyone do that before when I’ve come here. And she said what I ordered is all of the ingredients in a latte and it’s only $1 more to charge me as a latte. Venti lattes only come with 3 shots, so if she was going to only change the milk/ice I wouldn’t have gotten the 4 shots I requested. Anyways, the price difference isn’t only a dollar, It’s $2.58, which adds up when you go multiple times a week. I left and did not get a drink from this location today.
