I didn’t get her name, but the lady with short hair and glasses was very rude and dismissive. Relatively quick service as usual, but she had an attitude towards customers for seemingly no reason. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location, but it seems that some poor hiring choices were made recently. This is the BEST STARBUCKS in the Detroit area. My drinks are always right and the customer service is always on point as well. I just ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe and it tasted nothing like it. It looks nothing like it. Dissatisfied and disappointed and won’t be returning. It didn’t even have coffee in it.
