This Starbucks is absolutely ludicrous, I ordered a Pike roast per usual and I needed a stopper but the baristas were too busy making drinks and completely ignored me when I had asked for one, so I tried to grab one from over the counter which was too far away and I almost knocked over the other drinks trying to get one; and I was already late for work and didn’t want to bother the poor baristas so I left without it and it spilled on my leg on my way to work. Is there a reason it’s so out of reach of customers? I don’t see any other store doing this, it’s absolutely ridiculous, most of us don’t have time to sit and wait to catch the attention of a busy barista. This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff are really nice and I leave with a smile every time I go there, which I can’t say about pretty much any other fast food/coffee joint. Plus, despite them being crazy busy, they’ve always had my order ready at or before the expected time when I order online.
