Very upset, my order was poorly made. I ordered a medium caramel frappe, extra caramel. I never asked for coconutmilk and that's what they gave it and apart from everything, it still includes the tip. 😡

Horrible service, we had to wait about 30-40mins on line because there was only “kids” working no adults or supervisor, they were just playing around, talking, touching their face and hair while making drinks when clearly there was a long line waiting and I know it gets busy because of where it is located which I think supervisors should pay more attention to the service.
