Update: they seem to have worked a few kinks out or better trained their staff. Their chai is still a bit watered down, but just ask for 1 or 2 extra shots of Chai. Seem to be doing better keeping dairy alternatives on hand. Overall it has improved. Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through I got checked in at the speaker they did not tell me that they were out of what I had ordered and I had to wait another 15 minutes before I got to the window before they told me and drink was coldpaid $5.75 for a cold coffee bad customer service
