The first coffee I got I ordered wrong and went inside to see if I could just get my money back, the very nice blonde gentleman helped me along with a nice lady and he asked if he could try and make me something new, I'm extremely picky but I went ahead and said okay....this guy is a coffee artist! He made one of the best coffees! Thank you to the two people that helped me. I used to work as a barista for a top-performing Starbucks. I know the training, quality control, and professionalism Starbucks strives for...and the team misses the mark here. My one star experience--I was the only person who ordered in the cafe, it took 13 minutes to get a cold foam cold brew, which somehow ended up being a latte. I did not have time to wait another 10 minutes for a redo, and literally threw my drink away. On a high note, the store and restrooms were clean, products were stocked. This is my local Starbucks, and it by far has the worst drinks. The staff is so nice I feel bad for rating so low, however every time I try and go back I’m left disappointed. Today I got a iced chai latte and was given just milk with some ice (literally). Last week they gave me a cold brew that was warm and with no ice, I don’t know what is wrong with their training or what is going on (wasn’t even there during the rush hours) but I’m so tired of wasting money for awful quality.
