bought the biggest size caramel ribbon crunch and paid for extra caramel & crunch. once i got the drink i asked if she could add just a little more crunch and she replied “i put some on the bottom, that’s what extra means” so i asked to pay for more and the guy working just gave me a cup of them for free. then looking at the drink there’s barely any caramel. i usually get more in the cup when i don’t even ask for extra. yall know what extra means especially when you pay for it. 🙄 sad.
