My daughter ordered a drink and we waited for 11 minutes before we noticed that someone who ordered after us had received their drink. Upon showing our receipt the one woman who was working very hard to make drinks apologized and said she'd make it right away. The girl who took our order never apologized or even noticed how long we'd been waiting because she was too busy talking with a friend and making her order the entire time. At one point she said loudly, I'm only here for the paycheck. The other two women behind the counter were working the drive thru and not helping any of the customers who were waiting inside the store. They need new coffee machines to keep the coffee hot I love the coffee but half the time it’s warm not hot they should be able to afford proper machines

This place is dirty. The tables are not clean. Garbage on the floor. Garbage bins overflowing. If the girls working here put as much effort into keeping the place presentable as they do gossiping, the place would be spotless.

I went into Starbucks today and wasn’t greeted at all. I heard “what do you want” so I looked around to see who the woman was talking to and it was me. That’s very rude and on top of that I had to repeat my order almost 3 times because she was too busy eating while taking my order. I am really upset ,they gave me a wrong drink when I told them to change the drink the girl on window she started arguing. If I am paying $7-$8 then I want my drink perfect. I am paying for quality otherwise I can go on different places.. one time I order blueberry scone at night. She gave me the one which was on display. You put that scone early morning on display during night time the taste is not same. They can told me that we are out of that this is not a quality and today again. They made weird face when I told them to change the drink. I know the taste of blonde espresso and regular espresso so stop making fool .. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees are super nice, but whenever I come here, drive thru or in store, I end up spending 20-30 mins waiting for my order. It’s not busy enough for it to take that long to get orders done. Farmingville is constantly crazy busy and I never wait longer than 5 mins for my order. Also, there is a noticeable difference in taste between oat milk and almond milk. Stop putting almond milk in my coffee. I don’t care what your sticker says, I never get the oat milk from here and I can taste the difference. Pay attention, guys.
