The staff was friendly (hence more than the one star), but I don't think they understand hot tea. I ordered it with an extra bag for strength (they use bags, not loose leaf tea) and a bit of milk to ease the tannins. Less than three minutes later I received a warm (not hot [I doubt boiling water was used or that the milk was added last]), hazy-watered cup with three tea bags floating in it, yet the water was still largely transparent for lack of steeping. Few questions were asked regarding my preferences. Honestly, I expected little from this cup of tea, but there are few options for a cup of hot tea when away from home. Twenty minutes of steeping later, the tea is still pretty flavourless, though I can feel the tannins. I feel it was pretty much a waste of $5. Price per person $1–10
