Love my Starbucks! It's so homey, comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and always gets our order right. My hubby is picky but they make sure he's happy. I live by Waterman. That Starbucks has a higher rating and has been absolutely horrific every time I walk in here. I love the girls at this store. My drink is always ready, if I don't order on the app, they actually know who I am and what I drink. The store I live by on Waterman, that I frequent the most has no idea who I am. I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting for a drink I ordered on an app 15 minutes ago. I have never waited at Laguna longer than 5 minutes.
