Their are quiet a few times my stuff has been wrong, but there is a girl who works there named Payton, she’s always so nice and smiley even at 5:45 in the morning. What a great attitude! Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I have held off on reviewing but to today ... I get ground coffee every other week from a Starbucks. Today (at the 39th and 75th street Kenosha Starbucks) the girl who ground my coffee didn't bother to fully empty the grinder with my bag under it. Just let it fall to the counter. Then she spilled part of it and didn't bother to get a new bag. Since I am taking the time, I have to say this is constantly one of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been too. I stand and wait and look at how gross the counters and floor is. I used to have a photo of a fly crawling around on a lolly pop in the case. I am done with this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
