You have to wait a really long time for your drinks, and when you finally do get your drinks, the order is inaccurate. They messed up on two out of three of my drinks. When they remade them, the taste was not satisfactory. They added whipped cream to the bottom and top of my caramel ribbon crunch, when it's not supposed to come like that. I overall had a bad experience, and I was still not satisfied with my drinks. I wasted my time and money. I'm never coming to this Starbucks ever again. I vow. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a vanilla latte made by Angela (or Angie sorry can’t remember exactly) at the Starbucks in the lower lots of universal studios and it was THE BEST LATTE IVE EVER HAD AT A STARBUCKS!!! And I’ve had a lot of Starbucks lattes! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The reviews are not lying . Worst customer service . I ordered two of the same drinks and asked for 1 pump of vanilla he looked at me laughed and shook his head like i asked for something out of this world .
