Have been to this Starbucks several times and it's definitely a good location. Never been disappointed with the service. Ideally located next to 696 and very prompt service. Drive thru literally moved 1 car at the speaker, 1 at the window. This line moved extremely slow, not like most. The way the drive thru line is positioned is confusing. Some enter from Orchard Lake & some from 12 mile making 2 lines form. The Drive thru needs to be modified so that it's clear who's turn is next!!! Usually runs behind and the drive thru is usually packed.

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible, the employees move so slow and they just fool around laughing while they have a line in the drive thru and a lobby full of customers, I waited 20+ minutes for my drink and when I got it it tasted and looked horrible, it was supposed to be iced and there were like 2 ice cubes and looked like pure milk. 👎 Service: 1
