As an Uber driver I absolutely HATE this location! Orders are never ready, parking is garbage (drive thru cars block you in parking spots, exit and road) and baristas will ignore you. Today I waited for approximately 15 minutes while my order because made the coffee then set it next to the bag and never packaged it until I went up and asked where my order was. As an uber driver this location costs me ALOT of time and money. Service: 1

Nice coffee spot near MSU campus. Sometimes it can be quite busy and hard to get a table. The drink is slower than other Starbucks I have been to since they seem to be very busy with driver through orders and not enough staff. Every time I go to this location the staff is extremely unfriendly and doesn’t say a word during the entire time I’m ordering. It makes my entire group of friends feel as if we are an inconvenience. They were out of everything and my tall iced drinks were almost 2x more then a regular starbucks. And by out of everything I mean it most ridiculous starbucks I have been too and thier drive thru is also ridiculous and we hit a curb Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is comfortably the worst Starbucks in the greater Lansing area. Every time I order a tea latte, they just give me tea (which is less than half the price of a tea latte). The one time we asked them to correct it, they didn't want to take the tea back and said they'd give us steamed milk to mix. One time I tried to stress that I wanted a latte when I was ordering, I did this by mentioning the latte one more time and the employee got miffed at me. They also never heat the bread despite being asked. Someone mentioned that the employees may be doing a slowdown because they are trying to unionize and face opposition. It's either a slowdown or they are very poorly run. Service: 1

My partner and I stopped here this morning after *thinking* we’d placed our order in advance on the mobile app. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, the very friendly barista informed us we’d actually placed the order at the location up the road. We were so embarrassed and ready to pull away, but she told us they could make it at this location instead and offered our dog a pup-cup while we waited. Our dog loved the pup-cup and we loved not having to make a second stop. The barista was so kind and understanding, I wish we’d asked for her name to make sure she gets some much deserved recognition. Coffee was great as usual.

After speaking with the manager, I decided to give this review a slightly higher rating in stars. When I came to the drive-thru the line was ferociously long and my drinks were not flavorful and made very poorly. I ended up speaking with Starbucks customer support and then also spoke with the manager who is very gracious while taking my complaint. I can definitely appreciate the sincerity from the manager which was very nice to hear. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Fast service. No lines like the last two we just tried to visit. Staff is hustling. Order was wrong but they fixed it asap. Drink was bitter though.. Looks clean in here at least. Their getting the cars thru the drive thru quick to. One thing though I had to ask why they had no hand sanitizer anywhere in there, and since this is a college town and has had several covid outbreaks that's not to cool. A corporation like Starbucks that makes tons of money off these college kids and locals can afford to have sanitizer.

Our first time visiting this warm, pleasant & charming coffee establishment. I have to say, we were really impressed. In the past I've avoided Starbucks due to their overly liberal views as a corporation and their coffee just ok. However, they were only one of a couple coffee shops open past 9:00 pm in Lansing. It looked inviting from the outside and met our expectations once inside. Very friendly staff along with several coffee choices to choose from. The real kicker was the Hawaiian Kau coffee ground and brewed via the clover method. I've never heard of this type of brew. I have to say it's the best coffee experience I've had to date! Amazing... The reason for four stars instead of 5 is the bathrooms were a mess. I'm picking about clean restrooms especially considering the place wasn't busy.
