I can’t believe I’m actually taking my time out to do this but— this Starbucks needs to get it together. I’ve only tried to come here two times. Both times they have a sign on the door saying “drive thru only” and lock the door even though there are customers inside. What if I wanted just a sandwich? What if I was needing to use the restroom and completed a mobile order before you turned it off. I did that the first time and then had to bang on the door to get a credit since they were apparently running 60 minutes behind. Not a good management technique to just close your Starbucks chain in the middle of a Saturday off a major highway with no communication with what a customer might really need or what from your store. And turn off the mobile order *before* you get 60 minutes backed up at $10 a drink. Once is forgivable— 2/2 visits? Wild. Service: 1

Countless times I have used the drive through and ordered decaf coffee with oat milk and have been told they’re out of it. I’ve lived in multiple different cities and this is the only Starbucks that is consistently out of stock on essential items. I eventually started getting black decaf coffee to avoid the let down of no oat milk but to my surprise today there wasn’t even decaf coffee! I drove all that way for nothing. I sincerely hope that whoever is managing this location revamps their business model, because from the looks of all the 1-2 star reviews on here, the other location that just opened up is going to take its place. I don’t want that. This one is the original one and it’s closest to my house. So to avoid that I hope y’all actually stop for a moment and think “something needs to change.” PSA I’m writing this to management. Not to shame the employees. I genuinely believe they’re trying their best.

This location is my usual go-to however, I had an unpleasant experience recently. I usually go through the drive-thru but this day, I was able to stop in. As I was placing my order, one of the employees said “Look, there’s a stink bug in there!”. There was a stink bug in the front of the bakery case almost on the food. Things happen, I get it however, what really bothered me was the fact that other employees were laughing about it and didn’t seem to care. One even stopped what he was doing, stood next to me as I was paying, pointed to it and said, I’ll take that please and they all laughed. If they laugh about that, what else are they not being quick to care about? Thats a health problem…I will no longer purchase any bakery or open food items here.
