I go to a different Starbucks regularly, and I am always charged the same price for my refresher at all other Starbucks. However, this store charged me a whole $1 more for the same drink. I noted that the drink price was cheaper on the board listed behind register. The employee said the manager just hasn't had a chance to change the prices yet. However, the fact that they charged me more than what was advertised in the store is not only wrong, it is also illegal. Won't return to this store as they charge more than all other stores. Ordered 2 coffees of the exact sane ingredients, one was perfectly made. The other however, was just plain boiling hot coffee, no sweetener, caramel, just a slight amount of pumpkin spice. There's not even seating inside, now that it's cold outside, sitting out on cold metal chairs isn't ideal. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all, I don’t know when the last time they changed the food in their pastry case but it is all MOLDY. The staff is extremely rude. It’s also insanely more expensive than a regular starbucks. DON’T go here. There’s one down the road.

Y is this tall size cup the same amount in $$ as the venti cup. Sum doesn’t add up!!!! I am so mad!!! No way u pay $7-8 for a venti nd pay $7-8 for a tall🤔
