I go to Starbucks a lot and although the customer service is always great, this time in particular exceeded expectations. From the moment we ordered, Beeeee greeted us with a smile through the drive through speaker. Her energy was great and she listened to my special request with no hesitation. She was kind, genuine and I could tell she truly cares about her job and providing top notch customer service. I have worked in the service industry for a long time and I know it can wear you down and not everyone is nice, so I truly appreciate when there are shining stars that keep shining bright. Thank you Beeeeee for your customer service and for making me and my husbands day ♥️

One of the several Starbucks I've stopped at this week to try a variety of diffetent drinks. At this location, Atmosphere is really great, modern, store clean and staff courteous. My drink was prepared quickly, but not the way I asked for- I think the drive through guy took my order. I asked for "extra extra extra EXTRA, the crunchiest you can make it," toffee crunch in my toffee ribbon Frap. The drink had probably less crunch than any I've had over the last year, nothing at all outstanding. Disappointed but I'll probably give them 1 more try this week.

Nice, comfy Starbucks. Not too busy except in the morning. Sometimes they forget your food so make sure you check your order before leaving. Not sure why that happens so much at this location

I just want to start by saying everyone else is wonderful. Amanda, Jesse, Heaven, Jay. Any other people at any other time of day, I do not have an issue with. But then there’s Stephanie and Crystal. Never in my 37 years of eating out have I seen such a blatant disregard for the most basic decency you could show your customers who you claim to desire such intimate connections with. Any time I come in while they’re both working, they’re always getting so far away from their work while the rest of their PARTNERS are drowning. You guys really have the audacity to say partners instead of employees, acting like you’re so high and mighty, so far above any other establishment and then proceed to let everyone else struggle. This is the kind of attitude you’d expect from a city worker in the 1980s. And they’re so disrespectful to customers and their concerns, brushing off any question or complaint with rolled eyes and snarky remarks like you’d see from a grade schooler. This would be such a nice place to frequent if it weren’t for these literal children. The staffing this store has gone through over the years has been dramatic, but it seems like they’ve done nothing but better since I’ve started visiting. But Stephanie and Crystal are downright pathetic who need an adult or two to sit down and have a constructive conversation with. Or get rid of them, either way.
Normally I have a good experience. Ordered a gouda sandwich and a hot caramel latte. Got the sandwich. Never got the latte. Asked the girls what happened, none of them knew or could find my order. Asked to make it for me, but I was already late for work. And you guys made it worse. Won't be going back. Ever. Sick of corporate. They should have never put a Starbucks in beachside.
