While waiting for a business meeting, I ordered a caramel crunch frappuccino. I order these every so often. This one however, was the best I’d ever had and never knew they could taste better than they already did. She put some of the whipped cream at the bottom with caramel. Never had anyone made it this way. I was in ecstasy. It was pretty busy as it was the pre lunch hour. It was nice to see so many different walks of life together sharing the same space, happily visiting friends with big smiles and laughter. Moms bringing the kids in to get them a cold treat. I must have been in a mood because it was a beautiful thing to witness peace and harmony in a world full of turmoil and hatred. Ha! We are regulars here as well and the staff at this location have good customer service with a smile and will usually when were in the area get our coffee, hot chocolate, bagel&cream cheese or breakfast sandwich orders to our specifications. When they mess up or we get the occasional bad attitude from someone that is sometimes a new employee or a transfer (sometimes temporary) will usually notify a regular employee who knows us and they remake it for us (unless it needs a manager) and wallah it's resolved. A little crowded that day so not much privacy if you're in an interview like I was. The service was good but could have been faster there were a few employees just standing around not sure why. I come to this Starbucks early in the morning. It's supposed to be open at 5am on weekends. However for some reason they will keep the doors locked past 5am and make you wait. After 10 mins of waiting I leave angry and not understanding why this happens at this particular Starbucks. Service: 2
