I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked Starbucks supports the "re-using" of drinks, let alone drinks that customers already drank from?! I cannot imagine re-using drinks versus making a new one is how Starbucks trains its employees? Sad to see for sure, especially from their manager!
