The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Tried to give them a chance bc they were new, now they have been here for almost a year and still can't get it together. It takes forever to get anything you order even if its just a black coffee. When you do order anything else its never right. The staff clearly is unorganized, and has no care in the world that the orders are wrong. Today, I sat in drive thru for waiting for 25 mins with 4 cars in the line on an order I did on the app, just to get to the window and it not even be ready. It's really not worth going anymore that this point especially for the money I'm spending. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a mobile order (my order is a bit complicated so its easier to have it saved in favorites), got to the drive thru AFTER the time it said it would be ready. They would not allow me to pick it up in the drive thru, they said I had to park. I use the drive thru because I have several small children I don't want to get them all out........ and $30 later... ..EVERY SINGLE drink order was WRONG. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. We were going to get just some coffee when my dad got his coffee it was cold when he tried to replace it it was also cold.On my side I ordered a small caramel frappe and we waited like about 25 mins for it.They were putting people that came in after us ahead of us. I would not recommend going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
