I’ve been here a handful of times since it has opened and my drink has been made wrong every time. My drinks taste like water and milk combined each time and whenever I ask for a syrup to be added they don’t do it. I’m from Wichita and I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks and I get the same thing every time. The place is nice though, visually. Beautiful new Starbucks store, just opened 9-11-23! Keaton, the manager, is delightful and very personable. The crew is doing a great job, friendly, helpful and quick service. Drive-thru is more in-store shopper friendly by being outside of the parking area. Will be a new favorite Starbucks to frequent. Seasonal favorites drinks and pastries are available!! i don’t understand how you have just opened and hire workers that are rude! here’s an idea don’t work in customer service if you can’t talk to people kindly and with patience. sad to say i will not ever be coming back here! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not go there. Waited over 20 minutes for a coffee that I ordered in their establishment, thinking it would be faster than waiting in the drive-thru. A lady and her granddaughter waited longer for a couple of lemonades. The workers there have 2 speeds; slow and stop and they do not care about getting better. I am sure there will be some stupid link in response to my review that will read: "Sorry to hear... and a link to click on for customer service. " Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you close the store at 9 they should find a way to turn the big starbucks light on outside so you don't get stuck behind 5 cars that all got to order in front of you. Just so you have to sit in one for 30 minutes! For everyone to get their drinks and you're stuck behind them. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I waited 30 min for my drink when I had somewhere too be, i asked they told me they gave me and my friend drinks to the drive through and someone took them from the mobile order. I was in a time crunch, they didn’t give me a refund so i left with no drink that i payed for that was $8 for coffee…. I wrote my information down but they said they can maybe do something if we come back tomorrow about it. Because i cant come back today because i am going to Nebraska to play volleyball and wont be back at 9. Staff were nice but they acted like they didn’t know what to do. So I expect Starbucks to be better because it is stabucks. But i am not happy that I didn’t get my drink, because they skipped people over me.
