Used to be the best ever. This is an edit. Drive thru was super slow and messed up my drinks. Ridiculous slow. I have to say more…. The taste of caramel frappe without the base flavor is horrible. And now an hour later I’m going insane. They have 5 people behind the counter and nothing is happening. Like I’m in a land of ditz. Chloe was good. Although the drinks were okay, I waited for almost an hour to get my drinks. The help was trying to keep up but were extremely overwhelmed and there was no manager around to help. This Starbucks is ran poorly and needs new management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Asked for warm milk, stated it was for my 3 year old. When they hand it to me I could barely hold the cup it was so hot. I tasted it and it burnt my mouth so bad I got blisters. I also ordered a brown sugar oat milk latte ... It's the only thing I have ordered for years. The person who took my order said there was only a brown sugar shaken espresso she could make hot. And didn't make what I ordered. They rushed us but had no rush when making us wait for our order at the window with a line of cars behind us. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
