A week ago

Cashier walked away into the store somewhere after taking order, without giving me a receipt. I waited for a while then thought I would just ask the male worker who gives out the order at the end for one. The male worker could be heard loudly complaining about how he should sue Starbucks about something having to do with decapitation…I asked him if I could get a receipt, since I didn’t get one at the register. He said no, since someone else had been rung up after me. He then walked away and said in a high pitched mocking manner over his should to me, “Sorry, but that’s how registers work”. Poor professionalism and customer service all the way around. Drink was good, but not worth dealing with poor customer service and mocking employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent my granddaughters over while I shopped in Safeway which is where the Starbucks is located. The woman working refused to make anything for them except hot chocolate. Which neither liked and then I ended buying McDonald's frappes. I directed the girls to not buy if they are not getting what they want. They felt they were treated rudely. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure if they fresh brewed? Got a drip coffee...and they turned around and pumped it out a thermos....at the register? Just confused now! Staff is lax..alittle unprofessional..but it's Lander WY, so... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

It's starbucks so hard to make a bad drink but man, the batistas are VERY rude! I've dealt with 3 of them at this location and won't even stop anymore...I used to stop everytime I went grocery shopping. Not any more. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
