Just because their sticker to our order got jammed..so we were just sitting waiting forever for our drinks...they never bothered to look up to see what we were waiting for....never occurred to one of them..what do we do?? Just let our order get skipped over til i went and asked where is our order? Then the person that took our order...oooh their sticker to their order got jammed 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The New Iberia, La location is the saddest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Where’s the cozy Starbucks feel? The tables look like they were bought at a garage sale… all the chairs are wood, no comfy chairs to enjoy my coffee. It’s also dirty. It’s empty right now, so it shouldn’t! be dirty… tables looked dirty so we sat on the wood chairs by the entry… the table is dirty with crumbs all over it.
