I work in the outlets, and every time me or my coworkers order or have mobile orders to pick up, its a bad experience. The staff is very rude, I’m sure they memorize our orders and names so they know we work there, but that gives them no right the give us a lower level of respect. Even asking for simple things like water or bags to carry our food, we are given dirty looks, eye-rolls or they completely deny our request. Especially when asking for a water. We order actual items but as soon as we ask for side water they say “cant you see we are busy, we don’t have time for free water” same quote from multiple people there. I understand Starbucks gets busy, but the amount of time you complain about being busy could’ve been used making just a cup of water. Even when ordering food, if its out of stock they don’t let me know at the register, I’m given an empty pastry bag with my name on it and told “we are out” after already paying. I understand the outlets get packed and there are people everywhere and it can be overwhelming, but I’ve never treated a costumer with that much disrespect.

The people of this Starbucks crew are my heroes. My coffee is always perfect here as opposed to anywhere else in my area.

Ordered through the app due to long line. Drink was ready in a couple minutes. My frappucino tasted great, not watered down like others have said. Would come again.
Although the cashier was very nice and friendly, I had the worst Starbucks experience ever. Ordered 3 tall frapps. They were all watered down with little ice or flavour, not filled to the top of the glass and no whip cream. I asked for whipped creme and she told me they ran out. That should have been disclosed at the purchase time. I was extremely disappointed to say the least.
