The food wasn’t bad however I saw a rat and when addressing a worker about it she told me to fall off the face of the earth??? whatever that means but then she told me that i was “doing too much”? Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Why do we have to beg for a refill and it is always a problem here? As starbucks rewards members we are eligible to receive brewed coffee, cold brew, hot and cold teas (without lemonade or additional flavoring) regardless of our original bevarage. This is usually my favorite Starbucks on campus. I love the energy of the workers here but sometimes it seems a little down lately. I noticed one of the employees, Addison, talking really rudely to his co workers and it seemed to really bring morale down. I really miss the upbeat environment that this Starbucks usually has! I don't know what training the baristas receive but sometimes this Starbucks makes Espresso Royale look good. And espresso royale is BAD.
