Horrible service! I will never ever go back to this location again! I'm just over this fake bogie area. This wasn't the first time I've been slighted. I try to over look certian actions and base them on each individual person, but it's clearly the team culture. I was the only person of my skin tone and...on all of the days to experience micro agressions! 🙌🏿 I'm over it, Starbucks! Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The slowest Starbucks. Ordered ahead got there drink still not ready. Okay fine. 10 mins goes by 15 mins goes by 20 mins later after the scheduled time it was ready. You know why? Because I had to leave and told them I needed a refund and suddenly my ticket was “next”. I should’ve gotten a refund and my drinks. Was late to my lunch reservation because of this. And also some of the staff is beyond rude. Service: 1

This location directs you to 704 west 78th, just on the other side of 77th. Was supposed to reopen here in August. That doesn't seem to be the case a few days til October Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
